Friday Villas. Heritage of the Center. Suburban Privacy.

The project is situated within a landscaped square featuring mature pine trees, creating a natural environment and a high level of privacy in the heart of Moscow. It borders a protected area: to the left stands the mansion of the Embassy of Indonesia, and to the right — the "lilac pearl of Zamoskvorechye," the architectural landmark Korobkova Mansion, which now houses the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana.

Pyatnitskaya Street remains one of the city’s key gastronomic and cultural destinations, while its immediate proximity to the State Tretyakov Gallery further emphasizes the cultural significance of the surrounding area.
Friday Villas. A New Landmark of Zamoskvorechye.
Scenic views are among the project’s defining features.

The front façades overlook the legendary Pyatnitskaya Street and the domes of the 17th-century Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Pyzhi.

From the terraces, one can see the Peter the Great monument on the Moskva River’s embankment and the panorama of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. The façade facing the inner courtyard opens toward one of Moscow’s architectural icons — the Stalin-era Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building, elegantly highlighted by its evening illumination.

The project’s qualities are comparable to the low-rise elite residences of London’s Knightsbridge and Belgravia districts, as well as the prestigious homes surrounding Central Park in New York.

The architectural concept of Friday Villas is built around increased ceiling heights, double-height spaces, panoramic glazing, and functional terraces — creating a level of living comfort equivalent to that of a private suburban residence.

The architectural ensemble is complemented by a collectible sculpture by Dashi Namdakov, originally created for the collateral program of the 59th Venice Biennale.
Low-rise deluxe-class projects in Moscow represent exclusive, truly trophy residential offerings. Potential buyers often wait years for such developments to appear in their desired neighborhoods.

Friday Villas are inspired by the finest examples of private homes in the world’s great capitals — from architectural concept and layouts tailored to the lifestyle of Global Citizens, to captivating design, bespoke artisanal finishes, and the atmosphere of an ancestral residence in the heart of Moscow.

Friday Villas on Pyatnitskaya 37 are destined to appreciate in value — a long-term confirmation of your refined taste.

The project is offered through a closed-format sales model, underscoring its exclusivity and the limited nature of the collection.
